Parent Meeting Location Change – Yoga

Please note that the Booster’s / Parent’s meeting will be held in the Morissette room at 7pm (same time).  As you come into the school (Front Door) it is located to the left of the cafeteria just past the first stairwell.

Also,  I wanted to announce a special opportunity this year.  Starting today, all three teams will participate in a weekly Yoga session held by Access Yoga in cooperation with Let’s Get Movin’! Yoga is a great opportunity to increase flexibility and strength along with teaching breath and relaxation methods.  You may be surprised to learn that many professional sports teams participate regularly in Yoga.  See Below:
